Very Disappointed being my first order with this flower shop. I asked as a courtesy to deliver them before 11am and they got delivered at 7pm. Arrangement looked beautiful but dehydrated cause it was obvious flowers have been in the delivery truck all day. Last but not least, I paid $7 for a balloon which was not delivered with my $175 order. I assume I’ll get a credit on my credit card for the $7. The only reason I changed flower shop was cause the previous shop went out of business. It doesn’t surprise me cause flowers now a day are very expensive but I live out of state and need a local flower shop to deliver flowers to my grandmother. I could have been a loyal customer but not after this first order.
